Mission

Jetset Travel World Group owns several websites that receive millions of visits every month. To leverage this advantage, they tasked my team with creating an innovative platform that would allow their online properties to be interlinked and cross-promote each other, while integrating social media and user-generated content.

Process

  • Collaboration: Ideation workshops with UX and Visual Designers, Content Strategists and Developers.
  • Competitive analysis: Looked at the leading travel websites, travel blogs, as well as flight and hotel booking websites.
  • User research: Interviewed stakeholders of Jetset Travel World Group and Jetset websites.
